Getting involved with the flag

The performance video started in 2008 in an art gallery as the Iraqi war was ongoing and questioned. US soldiers were returning home, and I was the other in this land. I unthread delicately the Iraqi flag laying each thread to rest on the US flag like the countless loss of lives.

 

I am looking to address the visible or forgotten conflicts, thinking of the countless victims.
